Razor Thin Ticket

Razor thin ticket,
Tradin’ in a life,
Ain’t lookin’ for a layover,
Just a non-stop flight.

They say she ain’t worth it,
Still can’t figure out why,
Waitin' to drip for the peaceful trip,
Love’s a good for nothin’ jip.

Fought the pain,
The emotions inside,
Got my ticket,
Two slits and I fly.

Thick as paper and cold as ice,
Shiny like a brand new dime,
It’s my ticket…
For a one-way ride.
